One thing that I’ve wanted to add to my shop for many years are hockey jerseys showcasing my various works. As a huge hockey fanatic, designing hockey jerseys is something I’ve wanted to add to my portfolio for a while. Well, now I finally can!

On January 1st, 2023, Bailey and I hit the road for the next nine months. Our first stop of the year was at Thousand Trails Lake Tawakoni in Point, Texas. This stop was just an hour east of Dallas. From here, we visited Dallas multiple times and we made a visit to Arkansas and Louisiana too.

Another year has come and gone, 2023 was a massive year full of new experiences. I attended 15 hockey games across 3 different leagues, saw 3 Broadway shows, visited 29 states and 2 Canadian provinces, and stayed at 13 campgrounds. I now have numerous stories to tell in 2024 with a new year motto of Quality over Quantity.

Mackinac Island, Michigan is a unique island. This island in Lake Huron has outlawed motorized vehicles in an effort to keep the natural environment intact and healthy. Though we visited during the offseason and nothing but a bike rental business was open, we still truly enjoyed our time, maybe even more so than we would have during the busy season.

An unexpected detour on our way to Sault Saint Marie from the Lower Peninsula of Michigan, Tahquamenon Falls is a beautiful outdoor experience in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The beauty of the landscape and the natural sound of the falls and nature is something to truly love.

It may not be the most common time of year for someone to visit Alabama, but this was the time of year that fit Bailey and me the most. We were definitely surprised in a lot of ways with what the state had to offer and as you might expect, I took a few photographs of the experience. Here’s the story.

One of my favorite programs to watch is The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross. A few years ago I came across the Bob Ross Twitch channel where they stream The Joy of Painting non-stop all weekend long, every weekend. I would watch it whenever I was home and during the weekdays, I would just watch the full-length episodes on YouTube. I’ve wanted to give the painting method that Bob taught so many people a shot, but haven’t had the chance yet. So, I went with the next best thing, I tried it digitally…sort of. Using my iPad, I made this.

This artwork stems from my love of Halloween and Horror. It’s a design that began with what used to formerly be my logo when I first graduated college with my degree in Graphic Design | Media Arts. Over the years, I have since updated my logo in an effort to fit my wide array of works, but still love my old logo, so I repurposed it. It was around the time of the first It movie release that I decided to use the Pennywise face paint as inspiration, mostly the smile. Since then, this design has certainly been one of my favorites and I’ve added it to a lot of products now available in my online store.

In 2022, Liam Theo purchased a stuffed moose from the Flume Gorge gift shop in the White Mountains. In 2023, Liam has some much more impressive moose stories and news from the same White Mountains in New Hampshire. You’ll love this short little story.

Tempe, Arizona has rejected all potential options of building an arena along with an entertainment district for the Coyotes to continue playing in Arizona. Now, the only logical question that remains is, where to next in relocating the Arizona Coyotes.

Kenisee Lake is an RV campground in Jefferson, Ohio. Jefferson is in northeast Ohio just an hour east of Cleveland, Ohio, and an hour southwest of Erie, Pennsylvania. Liam and Bailey spent a couple of weeks at this campground during the autumn season of 2022. This is the photo gallery from that time spent there.

Burlington, Vermont is a city in northern Vermont, not far from the border of Canada and the United States. The city sits on Lake Champlain which is a huge body of water by lake standards. Across the water is the state of New York and the Adirondack Mountains. This photo gallery features photographs from my first visit to this unique city.

The Damned is a book written by Algernon Blackwood back in 1914. Blackwood was a well-respected and well-known horror story writer of his time. The book is in the open-source age of its life, so I decided to create a cover design as a school project while working towards my degree. Book cover design is something that I would love to get more work in.

The Last Of Us began as a video game, originally released in 2013. It’s won all kinds of awards and gained a massive dedicated following. The game got a part II that won the Game of the Year award. The series no has a TV series being produced by HBO.

McLoon’s Lobster Shack may not be very old, but it has certainly made an impact on the state of Maine. The state is known for their lobster and there’s a ton of local restaurants dedicated to providing it, so to make such a name for yourself in the industry is impressive. Immortal Phalcon was my gaming brand for a few years. It’s no secret that a few years ago, video game content creators began proving that they’re capable of making money with gaming. Not just your average money, but good money. Well, I decided to give it a try. While I was better at the marketing and design materials to this venture than the actual gaming content, I still am proud of the work I did with Immortal Phalcon.

2022 was a unique year that gave us so many new opportunities and experiences. There’s so much to reflect upon in years to come and it will stick with us until old age. 2023 will bring even more fun and adventure to Littles and Bigs, we’ve already mapped the next 9 months out.

Manchester, also known as Manny Moose is Liam’s newest design and first character design. This character is an illustration made using the Adobe Fresco application on an iPad Air 5th Generation. This article tells the story of how Manny came to be and why his name is Manchester.

While in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, I purchased a stuffed moose. One day while in our RV, I had the urge to draw something using my iPad and the stuffed moose was sitting on the table next to me. I took a look and just began to draw. What came from it was unexpected. This character illustration turned out to be very cute and only the beginning of my illustrations.
