Omaha Lancers vs Waterloo Blackhawks — January 10, 2025

The Waterloo Blackhawks make the trip to Ralston, Nebraska to take on the Omaha Lancers at Liberty First Credit Union Arena on the 10th of January, 2025. The two teams played a tight game and went into a shootout tied at 1-1. The Blackhawks would take the win in the shootout scoring 2 of the 3 attempts while Omaha scored once.

The Lancers were facing their former goaltender Kamryn Hendrickson. Following the game, many of the former teammates would take a moment to greet the goalie along with one of the Lancer’s coaches. Here are the photographs I took of the game.

Omaha Lancers vs Lincoln Stars — November 2, 2024

On November 2, 2024 the Lincoln Stars made the trip up I-80 to take on the Omaha Lancers in Ralston, Nebraska. The Stars took the win thanks to an strong first period. Here is my photo gallery of the game that was the Lancers Military Appreciation game.

Point, Texas — Life On The Road

On January 1st, 2023, Bailey and I hit the road for the next nine months. Our first stop of the year was at Thousand Trails Lake Tawakoni in Point, Texas. This stop was just an hour east of Dallas. From here, we visited Dallas multiple times and we made a visit to Arkansas and Louisiana too.

Mackinac Island, Michigan 2021

Mackinac Island, Michigan is a unique island. This island in Lake Huron has outlawed motorized vehicles in an effort to keep the natural environment intact and healthy. Though we visited during the offseason and nothing but a bike rental business was open, we still truly enjoyed our time, maybe even more so than we would have during the busy season.
