The photograph used in this speed art was taken by Liam Theo in Colorado Springs, Colorado. If you're ever lucky enough to take the Pike's Peak Railway tour to the summit, they talk about how the "Purple Mountain Majesty" line in "America The Beautiful" was written about the mountains of Colorado. This artwork happened mostly on accident, I was feeling creative during my trip to Canada in March of 2018. I just sat down, opened an image, and let my hands and mind do the rest.
